By accessing or using FitScanned (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FitScanned.

2. Service Tiers & Usage

2.1 Starter Plan (Free)

The Starter Plan is intended for individual use and offers limited features, including a restricted number of AI food scans. Important: We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any feature of the free Starter Plan at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

2.2 Intelligent Plus (Paid)

Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features, including increased scanning frequency and advanced health reports. Usage is subject to our Fair Usage Policy (Section 3).

2.3 Messaging Integrations (Telegram)

FitScanned provides an optional meal logging feature via Telegram. By using this integration, you agree to:

  • Link your Telegram account securely via our official authentication flow.
  • Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Acknowledge that FitScanned is not responsible for the security or availability of third-party messaging platforms.

3. Fair Usage & Rate Limits

To ensure quality of service for all users and to prevent abuse, we implement a Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

  • Personal Use Only: The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. Automated scanning, redistribution of data, or industrial use is strictly prohibited.
  • Bot & Spam Prevention: We employ active rate-limiting and bot-detection mechanisms. Any attempt to bypass these limits via scripted interactions or spam behavior will result in immediate account suspension.
  • Reasonable Usage: Even for "unlimited" plans, we reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit usage patterns significantly higher than typical personal use, as determined by our system.

4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

FitScanned uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional data from photos and text, including content sent via Telegram. These results are not guarantees. The Service is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

We provide the Service "as is" and make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated nutrition estimates.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and AI models used in the Service are the property of FitScanned or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.
